2i Recruit are pleased to be assisting a unique, friendly organisation, located on the outskirts of Haslemere in a rural location recruit a detail orientated Administrator.

The role will be office based therefore
having own transport is essential.

  • Raising refund payments, obtaining authority to make a refund.
  • Cover for the dispatch team during holidays.
  • Produce shipping labels for the carrier and courier.
  • File invoices and dispatch notes daily.
  • Maintain the filing system.
  • Answer telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Raise credit notes and refunds for returned items.
  • Log all refunds and returns onto system ensuring stock levels are 100% accurate.
  • Work through back orders periodically, make customers who are waiting for stock aware that their item has become available.
  • Contact customers over the phone to update them on stock availability.

Person / Experience Required

  • Skilled with meticulous data input.
  • A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent personal presentation standards.
  • Ability to work effectively and positively as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written.
