**Office Administrator**

**Overall job purpose**

You will be responsible for the seamless, accurate and efficient administration within the firm. You will work directly for the directors and senior managers to be that all-important first impression of the firm post fee acceptance for new clients while also ensuring existing clients receive excellent service concerning office administration. You will report to the Office Manager.

Your duties will include: Completing Anti-Money Laundering due diligence, Preparing quotes and letters of engagements, sending correspondence to clients concerning VAT and CIS returns, answering the office phone and liaising with clients regarding Identity documentation and other information needed to ensure our Know your Client process is efficiently maintained.

You will be proactive and keen to take ownership of this important role.

**The role requires**
- To be able to work efficiently and effectively with a range of clients
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed people skills to relate to clients and colleagues
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A “can do” attitude to everything IT - Strong Word, Excel and experience with client data systems
- A keenness to own the task of “onboarding” in its entirety and to assist where needed with other administrative tasks
- The ability to support the management team with seamless support skills that embody Revel’s mission statement and values
- The flexibility and keenness to support the management team with other ad hoc administrative services where necessary including but not limited to personal assistant tasks
