Office Administrator
Overall job purpose
You will be responsible for the seamless, accurate and efficient administration within the firm.
You will work directly for the directors and senior managers to be that all-important first impression of the firm post fee acceptance for new clients while also ensuring existing clients receive excellent service concerning office administration.
You will report to the Office Manager.Your duties will include:
Completing Anti-Money Laundering due diligence, Preparing quotes and letters of engagements, sending correspondence to clients concerning VAT and CIS returns, answering the office phone and liaising with clients regarding Identity documentation and other information needed to ensure our Know your Client process is efficiently maintained.
You will be proactive and keen to take ownership of this important role.Key accountabilities
