Job Summary
The Royal School is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at United Learning. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to enquiries, processing new starter documentation, and maintaining employee records.
- Collate and input data into payroll software, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Manage the retention of employee documents and records in line with GDPR obligations.
- Provide HR information for reference requests and support the recruitment and on-boarding process.
- Collate and monitor new starter information and input into the school's SCR.
- Monitor expiry of fixed term contracts and internal processes.
- Perform general office administration tasks, including employee filing.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/Payroll systems.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations.
