Job Title: HR Administrator

United Learning is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to enquiries and managing employee documents.
  • Collate and input data into payroll software, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR obligations.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including drafting adverts and preparing schedules for interviews.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee information, including contracts and leavers.
  • Work closely with the HR team to provide HR information and support to employees and managers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
