At Kirkton Flooring, we are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our business on a full time basis to undertake a variety of general administrative and clerical related tasks.

**Main Duties included (but not limited to)**:

- Answering incoming calls, transferring calls and/or taking accurate phone messages.
- Creating quotations and activating flooring works.
- Basic data entry (on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Scanning and filing documents.
- Assisting with day to day administration tasks, as and when required.

You must demonstrate excellent attention to detail along with excellent attendance and time keeping skills, with a willingness to learn, teach and expand existing skill set with the small admin team in place.

**Hours of Work**

**Salary**

£12 - Kirkton Flooring is a Living Wage employer and we ensure all our employees are paid the recommended living wage or above.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
