Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team, you may not have any prior experience within Administration but the ability to speak with a strong and friendly telephone manner is essential.

**Key Duties**
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls
- Be the face of the company at reception, ensuring meet and greet all visitors with a friendly and professional manner
- Arrange incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Updating internal systems
- Reviewing and completing reports
