Responsibilities for Office Administrator:
- Attending to various daily administrative tasks
- Filing
- Support colleagues with various areas of the business
- Inputting large amounts of data onto a user friendly system
- Liaise with a range of members of all levels within the organisation
- Health and Safety Administration
- Good time management and organisational skills with the ability to handle a number of tasks at once as required
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Welldeveloped personal verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude at all times
