The job will be based in our town centre offices in Tamworth however some hybrid working may be a possibility after successful completion of probation period.

**Main purpose of job**:

- Accounts administration - responsible for processing invoices, ownership of the payment run and dealing with queries promptly and efficiently
- Office administration - working on our internal insurance software, chasing payments, and maintaining a good client relationship
- Marketing administration - working closely with the external Marketing Consultant to make sure our projects come to fruition

**What you will need**:

- Experience in a similar role such as: Finance Assistant / Finance Admin / Accounts Assistant
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of Business Central desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A fun ‘can do’ attitude
