**Key Responsibilities**:

- Purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
- General account and admin duties where needed
- Working within a busy office environment handling a variety of administrative duties

- Confident and reassuring telephone manner
- Happy, positive attitude and good sense of humour

**Must haves**:

- A knowledge of accounts and the use of Sage Line 50 are both essential
- You need to be IT literate with competent experience of MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work on your own
- An organised, logical and methodical approach to work
