Description
- Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure prompt payment
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
- Resolve account discrepancies and invoice disputes
- Liaise with the sales team to manage credit exposure
- Conduct credit checks on new customers
- Prepare monthly credit control reports for management
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of credit control strategies
- Comply with all financial policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Credit Control Administrator should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
