Crystal Specialist Finance are a UK award-winning Specialist Finance Packager for Intermediaries, offering Bridging, Buy-To-Let, Commercial, Development Finance, Complex Residential Mortgages & Second Charges solutions. Based in the West Midlands, Crystal Specialist Finance pride themselves on consistently delivering outstanding customer service to brokers nationally, with representatives in England, Scotland, and Wales. Crystal’s aim is to make broker’s lives easier, by providing profitable and clear solutions for even the most complex financial problems, whilst helping them grow their businesses profitably.

As we look towards the plans for next year and beyond in navigating the specialist finance market, and focussing on business growth, Crystal is looking to bolster its in-house marketing capability, in order to grow and nurture its existing broker database through effective marketing communications.

To date Crystal’s marketing activity within the business has been limited, and resource-light. As we move forwards with a focus on generating marketing qualifies leads, and implementing a robust repeat business strategy, the need for stronger marketing which aligns with the sales teams will become paramount.

**Role description/ Role purpose**:
It’s an exciting time to join the business as an additional pair of capable and enthusiastic hands are needed to help support the increasing marketing workload. We are looking for someone to join the business with a flair for copywriting and content creation, with curiosity and the ability to tell a story. An individual who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver copy writing and content on-going across all areas of the business’s marketing activity, including social media and PR.
- Assistance in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support the management of marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop marketing materials.
- Manage and update the company’s website content.
- Assist in the organisation and promotion of company events and webinars.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude, demonstrating core Crystal values and behaviours.
- Adhere fully to the company handbook and policies.

Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required
- Previous experience of working in a financial services/ services industry
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to gain understanding of Product knowledge and/or regulation
- Stakeholder management - relationship building with internal and external partners by maximising every interaction
- Working to a high degree of accuracy
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal)

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
