Office Admin/book Keeper

Responsibilities:

- Day to day banking, including handling of cash
- Invoicing, credit control, bank reconciliation, VAT returns and liaising with company accountant
- Dealing with Farm Insurance on a yearly and any other insurance
- Fleet of farm machinery and vehicles; MOT, TAX and Servicing
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to data protection policies
- Provide administrative support and any ad-hoc requirements, such as answering phone calls and managing correspondence and dealing with suppliers and riding school queries
- Some light cleaning, shared with other members of staff

**Skills**:

- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks and office procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- A knowledge of Quickbooks a must
- Able to use Excel spread sheets and Word

A knowledge of horses and riding school establishments a plus but not essential

Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am to 12pm (a possibility of working 9am - 1pm some days - can be discussed in interview)

Salary £15 per hour - 20 hours per week with scope to for overtime and holiday cover as and when necessary
