Red Funnel currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a EPOS Tester/Training & Admin Support.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced person to join us, focusing on testing EPOS scrips, conducting EPOS training and providing general admin support.

You will play a pivotal role on the project focusing testing the system for everyday use, highlighting process errors and assisting to train front end users all whilst fostering strong internal relationships.

Flexible working with Head office based in Hampshire and future regional office on the Isle of Wight.

The primary role will be to
- Support the EPOS System Admin role with coordinating planning and booking Training
- Support the UAT phase and Go-live as needed
- Liaise with both Operations team / Resource department on planning training sessions,
- Assist with creating training modules and if needed deliver training sessions
- Assisting the EPOS Admin role with configuration / system set up as delegated
- Assist in the development of training materials in collaboration with the EPOS Project team
- Assist in preparing test plans, scripts, and data for UAT
- Provide support during the execution of training sessions
- Address user queries to ensure a smooth learning and adoption experience
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during UAT
- Assist the EPOS System Administrator in system configuration tasks as delegated
- Provide feedback & insights from end-users to enhance training & user support processes
- Support the documentation process related to training materials, user guides, and any changes made during the configuration phase
- Assist during the Go-Live phase by providing on-the-ground support for end-users
- Adapt to changes in project timelines & requirements, providing flexible support as needed
- Collaborate with project team to address unforeseen challenges & ensure project success

Working Conditions:
You will generally be working Monday to Friday, based primarily at our Head Office at Bugle Street in Southampton, however, it may incorporate home working or working out and around the business if needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous Epos experience
- Excellent written, oral and other communications at all levels.
- Good knowledge of PC office functions

Experience Required:

- Experience working with previous EPOS systems
- Experience in issuing training to end users of a new system
- The ability to work within a small team
- The ability to work with other departments within the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
