Hampshire Generators are looking for an Admin Assistant to support the efficient running of the service and aftersales departments based in Swanmore. This is a busy part of the company and one that is growing fast.

It would be great if you have experience in an engineering environment and / or aftersales role but you will definitely need previous administration experience in an office based role.

You will need to be organised, reliable, experienced in MS Office and other business software, have a good telephone manner and be confident dealing with customers.

**Daily responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the technical department with sending quotes and following up.
- Answering the telephone and transferring as necessary.
- Contacting suppliers and customers regarding warranty issues.
- Updating customers on status of repairs / returns.
- Organising courier collections and deliveries.
- Filing and managing office systems.
- Preparing invoices when work is completed as required.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors

Preferably we are looking for a full time but would consider part time for the right applicant.
