**What are we looking for?**
The **PMO Support Coordinator** will have day-to-day responsibility for the scheduling of resources across customer projects and will keep the resource planning tool up to date, real-time, with all resource bookings. You will manage and find solutions for resource requests based on skills, availability, and project priorities
- Due to our strong culture of positive change, we are searching for someone who is not afraid to change the status quo. If you think that we can work more effectively in a different way, then we want to hear your ideas.
- You will be given the opportunity to be involved in the continuous improvement initiatives where you'll plan, lead and deliver within specified timeframes. In addition to this, you will work with colleagues to manage the team mailbox/case queue in a timely manner
- As this is a stakeholder management role you will ensure external Customers and internal resources are notified of any actions with documentation provided.

- Clearly communicate progress, issues, and risks to the appropriate stakeholders, escalating where necessary to the Head of PMO.
- In our culture, we support one another daily (if not hourly) because, let's face it, we don't have all the answers Therefore, a strong team player who is a clear communicator is an absolute must in PMO.
- We are not a culture of "we tell you what to do daily" or micromanagement, in fact we are the opposite as we have strong trust within PMO to allow our colleagues to manage their own diaries to get the job done. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter with strong organisational skills.
**Skills**
- Proven administrator or coordinator role
- Demonstrated capability for problem-solving, decision making, sound judgement, assertiveness
- Proven experience of working in an environment with resources possessing different skill sets
As a family-owned business our people are central to our success, and following years of organic, consecutive growth, we're looking for people who share our core values of sustainability, trust, collaboration, and innovation to drive us forwards.
Software never stays the same and neither do we. We want our people to be part of a progressive organisation, encouraged to embrace change and new ideas to shape our future development. Your input is vital, which is why we're committed to personalised learning paths for every employee to help you, and us, grow.
Our goal is to make the world of work easier as a leader in the HR, payroll, finance, and integration solutions software and services industry. We're proud to design and develop some of the best business solutions like iTrent and People First to support our customers' people-related challenges across every vertical.
**Looking for the place where you can belong? Join MHR and help us shape the world of work.**
Other than the information you can find on the internet, PMO (Project Management Office) isn't your standard department that "crunches" numbers for projects, we are the driving force for change within Projects for MHR due to our supportive culture enabling our team to challenge existing processes. Within PMO, we are not a department where your manager has all the responsibility for changes as, in fact, we are the opposite. We provide our colleagues with the platform to solve and lead change initiatives to help develop their skills for their future career aspirations. In addition to this, no one's hard work is never unnoticed as we ensure that hard work is recognised through our weekly recognition scheme.
