**Our Client**

Our client are a leading provider of mortgage & financial solutions based in the north - east. With incredible plans for growth and expansion, from state of the art and incredible Hebburn based customer service Head Quarters.

**The Opportunity**

You will be responsible for the preparation of client’s suitability reports ensuring a full explanation for the reason advice given is clear, following this up with a call to the client to ensure they are satisfied with the advice given.

**Your profile**
- Confident telephone manner and to be able to present to your customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Key qualities to possess for the role are a positive, friendly and customer orientated attitude
- High attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- A pro-active attitude with a self-starter attitude
- You will be looking for a long-term career move

**Desirable**

Previous experience within Financial Services admin role would be an advantage but notessential as full training will be given.

**Essential**

Desire to deliver the very best customer experience possible

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
