This Mortgage Administrator job in Hebburn, provides the opportunity to have a busy role within one of the North East’s largest mortgage brokerages.
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be taking an active role to support the team of Mortgage Advisors and their clients, to help cases smoothly progress towards completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Liaising with lenders and solicitors to remain up to date on the progress of cases
- Making appointments on behalf of the Mortgage Advisors to review and/or new mortgage and protection products

**Mortgage Administrator Requirements**
- Previous experience within mortgage administration is preferred but not essential
- You should have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking to new and existing customers, both via inbound and outbound calls

- Working within a dedicated team on a shift pattern, 5 days per week, includes some weekends
