We are currently seeking an administration assistant for our busy but friendly team.

The role will encompass general administration duties to include making appointments and scheduling works for our operatives, liaising with sites and building managers, ensuring paperwork is returned to site from operatives for processing, taking telephone and e mail enquiries and updating our systems. As part of the administration team, you will work alongside our management team, providing support where necessary in addition to supporting the site teams.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in MS Word and EXCEL. Full training will be given on our in-house database and systems. You must be a good team player and be able to work under pressure and to deadlines. Previous administration experience is essential.

We are seeking a full time person Monday to Friday. Normal office hours are 08:30 to 5pm.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
