We have a great opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join a well-established and growing family-run business based in Harlow.

**Responsibilities**:

- To produce post-clean ventilation reports for Bright Hygiene clients, ensuring compliance with BESA requirements.
- To collate necessary information from Bright Hygiene surveyors and cleaning teams.
- To provide administration support to the Operations Team, who liaise with clients to schedule cleans, arrange access equipment, submit reports and certificates..
- To assist the operations and sales teams with various administrative tasks including management of service data.

Person Specification:

- You will need to have the ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
- You will need to have excellent organisational skills
- You will need to have an excellent telephone manner
- The ability to prioritise is essential
- Technical or working knowledge of commercial kitchen cleaning and/or ventilation systems, would be a huge advantage but is not essential

Job Particulars & Benefits:

- Annual salary with conditional annual profit share bonus.
- Proposed hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1500 with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break but there is some flexibility in which hours are worked.
- 20 days annual leave entitlement with additional one day mandatory holiday birthday
- Company pension scheme available upon completion of probation

**Salary**: £10.50/hour, £15,015.00 a year
