**Key Duties**:

- Administration tasks to include filing, document preparation, data entry & raising relevant documentation using Microsoft Business Central
- Provide general administration where needed to support the business.
- First point of contact for customers and visitors, taking all incoming phone calls and relaying messages.
- Maintain up-to-date visitors log. Make tea/coffee for visitors on arrival.
- Make sure that all visitors/contractors & agency staff are issued a visitor badge and PPE as required for the area they are visiting
- Post Duties
- Maintain meeting rooms and schedule meetings.
- Order sandwiches/lunches for meetings and weekly delivery of supplies, milk etc.
- Logging staff facilities issues with the suppliers.
- Coordinator for all office maintenance and supplies.
- Plan and organise company events, charity events, raffles etc.
- Maintain the reception area including the reception kitchen and meeting rooms.

**Requirements**:

- Previous administration experience
- Previous Customer service experience
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint

**Hours**

Monday to Thursday 08.00am - 4.00pm

Friday 08.00am - 3.30pm

**Free Parking
