**Reports to**: Finance & Business Coordinator

**Salary Range**: £24,000 - £26,000

**Employment Type**: Part-time - Monday to Wednesday

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

**Client Administration**
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls in a professional manner
- Meeting and greeting clients and other visitors
- Create and maintain accurate client records on back office systems, platforms and any other IT systems
- Saving valuation statements from provider platforms

**General Administration**
- Opening, scanning, logging and allocating incoming post and deliveries
- Managing outgoing post and deliveries
- Assistance with general administrative tasks
- Managing documents and cheque register
- Keeping meeting rooms clean, tidy and stocked and ready for client meetings
- Setting up meeting room as per the company policies
- Ordering and maintaining adequate stationery levels
- Keeping reception and kitchen area organised (although not tidying staff member’s mess everyone is responsible for doing their own)
- Looking after and administrating office equipment i.e. printer and franking machine
- Assist the Finance & Business Coordinator with arranging travel e.g. travel, trains and hotels
- Assist the Finance & Business Coordinator with business coordination
- Organising team lunches including booking date in the diary, venues and lunch
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of Team Days and other team functions.
- Stocking communal cupboards with cereals, soups, snacks and milk
- Ensure the reception desk is occupied during all appointments
- Ensuring continuous development of your financial and technical expertise to meet personal goals and objectives as per your training and development plan
