**Main Responsibilities**:

- Administration: Creation of customs invoices for outbound kit shipments. Act as the point of contact for all general shipping queries, both internal and external. Operate all courier systems including DHL, TNT and FedEx. Handle pricing requests and maintenance of all pricing tariffs. Maintenance of vendor performance metrics.
- Quality Control: Investigate and handle quality issues that may arise using the Quality Issue and submitting information to the Quality Assurance team. Monitor daily courier reports. Ensure all actions on shipments are completed in a timely manner
- Study Set Up: Set up new studies for EU and ASPAC regions. Liaise with Project Managers, Clinical Trial Administrators and Sample management for shipping updates

**Requirements**:

- 5 GCSEs grade 'C' or above or equivalent.
- Organisational skills - ability to prioritise tasks.
- Communication skills - written and verbal.
- Multi-tasking.
- Excel - intermediate skill level or above.
- Import/Export experience is preferable.
- IATA preferable.
