The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods, managing inventory records, and ensuring the timely delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the shipment of goods, including scheduling and tracking deliveries
- Manage inventory records, including maintaining accurate records of shipping activities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to confirm shipments and manage delays
- Provide administrative support to the admin operations team
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Monday to Friday, Full Time permanent position
- Hours: Monday- Thursday 8:30- 4:30pm, Friday 8:00- 3:30pm
- Salary on offer: £11.92 Per hour; £24,000-£25,000 DOE
