Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the shipment of goods, including scheduling and tracking deliveries
  • Manage inventory records, including maintaining accurate records of shipping activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to confirm shipments and manage delays
  • Provide administrative support to the admin operations team
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
