The Shipping Coordinator provides shipping and logistics support for ACM Global Laboratories.

**ATTRIBUTES**
- 5 GCSEs grade 'C' or above or equivalent
- Organisational skills
- ability to prioritise tasks
- Communication skills - written and verbal
- Multi-tasking
- Excel - intermediate skill level or above
- Import/Export experience is preferable
- IATA preferable

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Administration. **Ship UN3373 Biological Substances Category B (specimens) to investigator sites, referral laboratories and inter company (ACM) laboratories according to the laboratory protocol and client/project manager instructions. Pack specimens in accordance to IATA regulations. Transport specimens from 23 Hospital Fields Road to 36 Hospital fields Road. Order sufficient dry ice for frozen shipments
- **Quality Control**: Create/review documentation i.e. proforma invoices for Non EU countries (both for specimen and outbound kit supply)
- **Collaboration. ** Liaise with Project Managers, Clinical Trial Administrators and Sample management for shipping updates. Handle any day-to-day queries that may arise both internal/external
