Marketing Administrative Assistant

We source all our products direct from suppliers, retail them across 80 different platforms worldwide and distribute them directly to our customers from one of our Monster distribution centres. We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Marketing team. You'll support them with a wide variety of different tasks from ensuring we have shipping reports produced daily to adding missing listings to marketplaces.
Daily Tasks:
- Running Daily Shipping Reports & making required changes.
- Improving Listings on marketplaces.
- Updating listings across marketplaces.
- Adding missing listings to marketplaces.
- Note taking.
- Any other relevant departmental administration.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- A technical mindset would be beneficial.

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm. You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.
