**Job Type**: Full Time

Salary : £28.500 basic plus overtime

To co-ordinate the experience for internal stakeholders and members who use One Moorgate Place spaces and meeting rooms, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and management throughout.

To meet and exceed our client’s expectations, manage internal and members bookings and complete daily administration

**Role responsibilities**:

- Be the principal contact between the client, pro-actively developing, organising and managing internal meetings and events
- Responsible for creating event schedules for clients, members, and internal stakeholders, confirming all their requirements and liaising with them regularly to ensure all last-minute changes are met on the day.
- Be able to read and understand the Ungerboeck booking system and enter all details as per client request.
- Ensure all client requirements are communicated to the highest possible standard.
- Advise clients on the best way to manage their events and suggesting alternatives if appropriate.
- Build positive working relationships & communication methods with key departments.
- To brief the Hospitality team and facilities team on any last-minute changes
- To meet clients and ensure their customer journey is flawless with meeting them on arrival making sure that the event is as they require. Also ensuring that any changes/amendments on the day are communicated on to the relevant people where necessary.
- Build relationships with clients, whilst maximising all business opportunities through up-selling, including follow up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- To work closely alongside the sales team to ensure good communication and teamwork.
- To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including (but not exclusively) The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, GDPR etc. within the areas of responsibility.
- To monitor on a daily basis the standards achieved in your department, to deliver exceptional customer service and levels of attention to detail and report any areas of concerns to the Events Operations Manager
- To be able to react in situations regarding operational issues.
- Responsible for arranging and in some cases attending client tastings prior to events.
- To comply with all legal requirements with particular reference to (but not exclusively) fire regulations, security, licence requirements and any Local Authority or Client stipulations
- To make sure a coherent handover is submitted for the events and any issues escalated to the Events Operations Manager.

- Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage)
- Experience in F&B operations
