You will be working towards or recently achieved at least a 2.1 degree. As well as your qualifications, we look for relevant work experience. Applicants will be required to have the permanent legal entitlement to work in the UK. Successful applicants must have excellent English language skills (written and oral). An additional language is a distinct advantage.

**Responsibilities**:
What will you be doing?
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
- Observing and learning from experienced team members
- Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes
- Traveling to different locations across the region and participating in daily operations as required

Projects
- Shadowing Shift Manager to understand site operations and leadership qualities.
- Engineering Team - to gain an understanding of the processes and also to understand how different areas impact each other
- Quality Team - Understand the testing capabilities and requirements of the customers
- Commercial Team - Customer interaction
- Delivering projects for the Management team
