This position will function in a hybrid model, providing the successful candidate the chance to collaborate with some of the most forward-thinking professionals in the automotive industry.

Reporting directly to the Programmes Director, you will take charge of the Tools and Processes team, responsible for defining, executing, and sustaining a comprehensive toolset that empowers cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products with speed and precision. You will work closely with business leaders to continuously refine, evolve, and optimize processes as the organization expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and owning a roadmap for tools and processes that facilitates the development and market introduction of new products.
  • Leading essential cross-functional forums to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Providing the necessary tools, processes, and reports to support effective decision-making and risk management.
  • Collaborating with the Programme Management delivery team to strategically allocate resources across various initiatives.
  • Assisting other departments in the organization where a best practice mindset is essential.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in Programme Management within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Capability to guide and influence individuals without direct reporting lines.
  • Experienced in defining key performance indicators and adept at creating executive summaries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA & OnePlan.
