About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme/Project Analyst to join our dynamic Programmes Team at Forseven, a revolutionary company transforming the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of programmes through concept, development, test, and launch phases.
  • Lead inter-discipline activities across Product, Design, Engineering, Purchase, and Finance teams.
  • Facilitate and support key programme reviews to drive programme governance activities, including gateway, change, issue, and risk management.
  • Support the Programme Manager to ensure on-time delivery of programme milestones.
  • Prepare reports to communicate programme status, risks, and issues to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the automotive industry and delivery of whole vehicle programmes (desirable).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and highly dependent activities.
  • Experience with project management tools and processes.
  • Experience with vehicle product launch.
  • Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience (desirable).
