About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PMO Analyst to join our client's dynamic team in the Utilities industry. As a PMO Analyst, you will be an essential part of the RESP programme team, supporting the RESP PMO lead in effectively monitoring and managing the Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the running of the RESP programme and workstreams
  • Manage the governance cadence for the programme, including preparing governance packs, capturing meeting minutes, and following up on action delivery
  • Own and manage the programme RAID log, reporting on progress, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions
  • Coordinate the deliverables review plan (DRP) for the programme, working closely with programme workstreams to understand the current state of delivery
  • Assist with the programme's core PMO activities, including planning and development, lessons learned log, status monitoring and reporting, change control, and business management standard compliance
Requirements
  • Experience working in a PMO role for a portfolio or large programme
  • Familiarity with the structure of the electricity industry and market
  • An understanding of our client's role, objectives, and key external stakeholders
  • Proactive and capable of working in a time-pressured environment
  • Strong experience dealing with multiple competing stakeholders
  • Quality-focused, with excellent attention to detail
  • Supportive of a team under pressure
  • Proficient in MSP, Excel, and SharePoint
