Your new role
- To provide service wide reports to ensure that KPI's are on target and coordinated across service.
- To ensure accurate submissions of data to Public Health England and Service Managers on a monthly basis.-To liaise with the teams to ensure communications are maintained effectively at all sites.
- Attend the required team / management / MDT meetings to present performance outcomes across the service
- To advise the management team of performance related issues through reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
- Work with the wider team to identify performance issues and training and development needs for staff.
- Use Microsoft packages to create meaningful reports for a wide range of service requirements.
- To prioritise own workload within agreed objectives deciding on when to refer to manager.
What you'll need to succeed
- APM Project Management Qualification (desirable)
- Excellent IT skills, familiar with MS Office, MS Teams is essential. Experience with client based monitoring and recording systems would be an advantage.
- 4 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English
- Experience of managing, planning and prioritizing own workload whilst consistently meeting targets and completing tasks to a high standard
