About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Assist with data entry, document scanning, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive and professional image of Brook Street.
Requirements
  • 12-18 months of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A Basic DBS check and referencing will be required for this role.
