Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Improvement Officer to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Improvement Officer, you will play a key role in planning, delivering, and monitoring smaller projects and new capabilities for the People Directorate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, monitor, control, and close smaller projects and deliver new capabilities for the People Directorate.
  • Manage and coordinate work within projects, understanding any interdependencies.
  • Advise on project progress and mitigate and manage risks and issues.
  • Lead projects, allocate tasks, and ensure accountability for task completion.

Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs grade C(4) or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • A project management qualification is desirable.
  • Experience working in a similar role in the public sector is essential.
  • Experience delivering and supporting projects in a Health and Social Care Environment is desirable.
