As the Head of Product Management and Technology Strategy, you will lead the capability in incorporating the spheres of Research & Development, Pre-Sales Engineering, PLM/CM and the Office of Principal Architects and Technical Experts. **ABOUT YOU**

Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline with demonstrated experience of:

- First Line Management of Senior Engineers and Experts
- Second Line Management (of small functional teams)
- Technical Leadership across complex matrix organisations
- System Engineering across a complex portfolio of projects and products
- Product Lifecycle Management tools and practices
- Business and Quality Management Systems
- Safety and Security Regulatory Compliance of Products and Engineering Environments
