Cyber Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Manager

Our client, a leading utilities organisation in Wales, is seeking a Cyber Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Manager to spearhead their compliance and regulatory affairs estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Cyber Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, interfacing with the Government and OFGEM on a regular basis, and maintaining compliance with legislation, sector-specific regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, develop, and present business cases, financial analysis, cyber resilience investment documents, and associated documentation for liaison with regulatory bodies and formal submissions.
  • Develop, document, and own the production of the client's NIS Annual Report and Annual PCD Reporting Pack.
  • Assist the Head of Cyber Resilience in ensuring compliance with the NIS Regulations and associated CAF profile requirements.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience dealing with entities such as the Government and OFGEM.
  • Expertise in cyber compliance and regulatory affairs.
  • Articulate and understand the strategic and future outlook and requirements from competent authorities in the field of cyber and physical security.

About the Role:
This is a permanent position with a salary of £75k to £95k + potential bonus and benefits. The role is hybrid/remote, with the opportunity to work from home.
