Cyber Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Manager
About the Role
Hays Careers is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our client, a leading utilities organisation in Wales. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the organisation's compliance and regulatory affairs estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organisation's cyber and physical security requirements, ensuring compliance with legislation, sector-specific regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present business cases, financial analysis, and cyber resilience investment documents to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the production of the organisation's NIS Annual Report and Annual PCD Reporting Pack, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Head of Cyber Resilience to ensure the organisation's compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong experience in cyber compliance and regulatory affairs, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to articulate the organisation's strategic and future outlook, as well as maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
