Job description

**Job Function**:
***Ensuring all Company (Offshore and UK Gases) owned equipment for, assets and products are accurately tracked through the ERP system.

Preparation and entry of main asset data.

Producing resource availability information and support to operational functions.

**Key Tasks/Responsibilities**:
Coordinating all asset movements ensuring that the ERP system is accurately updated
- Liaising with Maintenance, Production and Lab teams to ensure all asset paperwork is received in a timely manner
- Maintaining the records for all asset related paperwork
- Status reporting on active jobs
- Production of asset certification requirements
- Maintaining the records for tested cylinders
- Closing routine Maintenance Works Orders
- General asset administration and reporting
- Maintain own working environment and ensure personal safely
- Wear mandatory PPE at all times according to company specified requirements when in high risk work areas
- Comply with Business Management System including Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements
- Other appropriate ad-hoc duties as required

**Critical Competencies/Skills**
- Accurate record keeping
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with numbers
- Good English - verbal and written communication skills
- Good time-keeping
- IT literate - particularly in MS Excel

**Location - **Dyce,** **Aberdeen based with possible travel to Company locations worldwide

Job requirements

Educated to secondary school level or equivalent (to include basic ability in Maths, English Reading and Writing skills)

No previous experience required but must have the following Critical Competencies/Skills:
Accurate record keeping
Excellent attention to detail, especially with numbers
Good English - verbal and written communication skills
Good time-keeping
IT literate - particularly in MS Excel
