**The role?**
Due to increased workload, a permanent opportunity has arisen at our Aberdeen head office for an Administrator to join our Stock & Materials Team on a
**Full Time** basis. Reporting to the Stock & Materials Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient, accurate and timely administrative support of the Stock & Materials team. Responsibilities will involve creating sales quotes and converting to sales orders for both internal and external customers. Other main responsibilities will include:

- Process job commencements, production orders and produce delivery notes.
- Pick and issue stock.
- Raise transport Requests.
- Issue commercial Invoices.
- Create transfer orders between internal locations.
- Provide administrative support as and when required with stock and materials management and processes
