We are currently recruiting for a global leading luxury brand, who you would instantly recognise through TV, Radio and advertising. As a company they own a number of iconic brands and their products are sold in over 100 different countries. This is workingwithin a fast paced, glamourous industry where they are looking for people with a field-based people management experience to manage one of the top performing teams in the UK.

**Client**:
Our client is one of the largest manufacturers of fast-moving consumer goods across the world. The brands are extremely well-known and recognisable through TV, radio and advertising. As a company they own a number of iconic brands and their products aresold in over 100 different countries. The role is working with one of their most recognisable brands in the company and managing a well-established team.

**Role**:
You will be responsible for -- Lead the assigned sales area in order to achieve the company targets and the agreed set of KPIs in order to grow the business and increase market share.
- Develop and coach a highly motivated, successful team of Business Development Managers to drive and deliver results in line with agreed objectives and KPIs/Targets.
- Complete monthly accompaniments with Business Development Managers and evaluate performance.
- Conduct meaningful Annual performance appraisals with the Business Development Managers effective development plans and setting clear objectives.
- Monitor territory performance, working with the teams to highlight and drive great results and to quickly take any remedial action needed.
- Flexible approach to your work with the ability to develop and implement a business strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, passionate, empathetic, approachable.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability, can give examples of taking measured risks to achieve results.

**Package**:

- Basic Salary: negotiable based on level of experience
- Bonus: £15,000 p/a

This is working with a market leading brand with a high performing team in a great company. The role is for a 13 month FTC but there are a number of opportunities to progress in a big organisation and a great brand.
