Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of the Sales and Marketing department, you will:
- Engage with clients to provide accurate quotations and assist in product selection.
- Share your technical expertise to guide potential customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments including design, operations, quality assurance, manufacturing, dispatch, and finance to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain daily communication with clients, ensuring the highest standards of customer service to foster business development.
- Support sales teams with in-depth product and application knowledge.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with our Marketing team to plan, define, and implement effective marketing communication strategies for our product range.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess scientific or technical qualifications and be proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM / Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, along with a company pension scheme and a generous holiday allowance of 28 days plus 8 statutory days. This position is office-based from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
