The Strategic Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in defining and executing our National Field Sales strategies, driving the achievement of our core business goals:

  • Increase market share within Symbol & Independent retail outlets.
  • Enhance product visibility and availability in Multiple retail environments.
  • Expand distribution and presence within Out Of Home and Wholesale sectors.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop medium to long-term objectives for the sales team, ensuring responsiveness to market dynamics and leveraging insights from current performance to thrive in a competitive landscape.

The role demands familiarity with business operations and accountability for the effectiveness of our systems and tools utilized in the field.

Your Responsibilities Will Include...

As a Strategic Sales Operations Manager, your duties will encompass:

  • Collaborating with the sales leadership team to craft and implement a comprehensive field sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Regularly assessing operational effectiveness, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Recognizing risks and opportunities that may affect the team's performance and devising strategies to address these challenges.
  • Ensuring the functionality and legal compliance of core sales systems at all times.
  • Engaging in structured strategy reviews, implementations, and system enhancements.
  • Working in partnership with sales, marketing, brand, and activation teams to equip field sales personnel with essential tools for customer engagement.
  • Overseeing the direct marketing communication strategy to maximize influence through compelling and effective messaging.
  • Leading and developing a team of Systems Executives and Engagement Executives to ensure alignment with business priorities.
