**Administration Apprentice**
Are you interested in joining a successful and well-established processor and distributor of timber products, delivering to hundreds of DIY retailer sites throughout the UK? BSW Timber Solutions **are a leading timber manufacturer and distributer to the DIY, and Builders Merchant markets operating across four sites.**
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual who can demonstrate the potential to become an integral part of our business by supporting in delivering an excellent overall service to the office, warehouse, and transport functions, including exceptional service and support to internal & external customers/stake holders. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a rewarding career, with great earning potential where you will learn and develop new skills based at our Distribution site in Stoke-on-Trent.
**What we’re looking for**:
- 3 predicted or achieved GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) which must include Maths and English
- Confident communication and natural problem solving skills
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
**Key Responsibilities**
- General administrative tasks throughout the office
- Build relationships within the business.
- Producing documents, reports and presentations as required
- Deal with any queries and problems that may arise during the trading day, from delivery to customer issues.
- Work closely and at all levels with operations (warehouse, procurement, production and transport)
- Carrying out specific projects and research as required
- To adhere to and abide by all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures.
**Hours**
Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm (Friday 8am - 4pm)
**Qualification**
The role is supported with a study programme to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification with an agreed mentor. Top of Form
