**Your Journey Begins**:
As an apprentice, you'll train to acquire a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard Business Administrator qualification with NSCG. You will spend 80% of your time with us, making meaningful contributions to our workplace, whilst dedicating around 20% of your time to your studies.
**Who You Are**:
If you're polite, driven to learn and you like getting stuck in, you're exactly who we're looking for. You'll have excellent communication skills, the ability to follow instructions and procedures, and a can-do attitude. It is important that you hold a grade 4 or above in GCSE Maths and English qualifications.
***A varied role which includes core responsibilities such as**:
- **Debt Management**: This involves actively pursuing overdue payments from clients and/or accounts departments, which requires strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- **Financial Checks**: Assisting the Business Support & Accounts Administrator with month-end financial checks, which is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the business.
- **Order Processing**: Handling client orders through the CRM system requires attention to detail and efficiency to keep the sales process smooth.
- **Database Management**: Updating and maintaining records in a specialised workload database.
- **Information Management**: Uploading and downloading information packs to SharePoint sites involves managing digital content and ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary documents.
- **Quality Control**: Proofreading client reports and verification statements across a wide variety of product areas to ensure accuracy and consistency with defined procedures.
- **Record Keeping**: Organising and updating electronic records to ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.

- Monday - Thursday 08.45 - 16.45
