Portico is delighted to announce that we are currently recruiting for a Workplace Coordinator, on 12 month fixed term contract for our team based at a world renown bank in the city.
Although they will be joining a team of 50 across the banks London campus, they will be part of a smaller team on site. The Workplace Coordinators are responsible for ensuring they consistently provide an exceptionally high level of service to all the bank’s staff using the associated services, while ensuring the effective utilisation and management of the space within their domain.
The successful Workplace Coordinators will be ambassadors for Portico whilst working closely with the bank’s staff and other services providers. The business is ever changing, and they will need to be flexible, adaptable, and confident to keep up with business demands.
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 7am-7pm from Mon-Fri
**Salary**: £33,920 per annum
