IT and Facilities Officer

**A little bit about the role**
The IT and Facilities Officer will support with the day-to-day running of Frontline’s IT and facilities management for the London offices and supporting staff who work inside and outside of London. The role involves supporting with IT and office management processes and procedures, such as procurement and health and safety, as well as coordinating relationships with our suppliers, such as our outsourced IT helpdesk and our landlords. You’ll focus on delivering a responsive, first-class service to ensure that our technology and office spaces provide fantastic working environments to our staff, partners and visitors. You’ll strive to constantly improve routine but essential tasks, like inducting new staff in IT and systems and maintaining the right levels of office supplies.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Liaising and working with external tech support contacts for project work and 3rd line issues.
- Ensuring staff have the hardware they need (laptop imaging, basic hardware repair and upgrades, OS and software updates etc
- Ensuring staff have the software they need (Microsoft 0365 admin and management, management of various software portals for Zoom, Adobe etc)
- Working with colleagues to ensure procurement and organisation of office supplies and liaising with external providers for repairs.
**A little bit about you**
This role will suit someone who is IT literate (Windows 10/11 and Office 365 administration) and wants to support others to do their best work. We’re looking for someone who can combine both working IT knowledge with great customer service, and can support others to solve problems.
