This is a fantastic opportunity to join Cathedral Hygiene. We are a family run washroom services provider who has customers based across the UK and we are looking for an Accounts/Administration Apprentice to join our established team at our Head Office in Tamworth.

**What the role involves**:

- To provide support to the Accounts and Administration departments.
- To provide efficient and professional customer service to both customers and colleagues.
- To be part of the team answering incoming calls.
- To input cash received including BACS and cheque receipts.
- Reconcile the company bank account.
- Assist with the purchase ledger.
- Process customer contract documents.
- Update relevant systems and spreadsheets.
- Other general administrative duties including scanning and filing.

**The skills we are looking for**:

- Strong Maths and English skills (GSCE grade C or 4/5 minimum).
- Strong Microsoft office skills.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- This role could be suitable for a recent school or college leaver.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with 30 minutes for lunch.
