**About the role**

The Tenders team operate across the whole of the business, supporting account management colleagues to work with their existing customers and also helping our sales team win new customers. We need someone who is a great team player, with excellent attention to detail who loves administration. Working in bids will give you exposure to all parts of the business and will develop your organisation, communication, writing and creative skills.

**Your role as a Bid Administrator apprentice at phs Group, and what you’ll need**:

- Paying attention to detail, organisational skills and accurately following guidelines are vital requirements for this position.
- Basic computer skills are really important too, and we’ll help you learn the rest.
- Most important for us is a can-do attitude, someone who really cares about the work they do and can focus without becoming distracted from the task in hand.
- A willingness to learn as there will be a lot of terminology and processes to get up to speed with, but you’ll be supported by a great team who want you to excel in your role.
- We have times when it can get busy so it’s important that applicants are willing to learn, happy to adapt to change and are able to switch between tasks if required.

**In return for your commitment and expertise as a Customer Service Apprentice at phs Group, you will get**:

- An apprenticeship salary of £15,500 in a full-time position
