We are hiring for a Accounts Administrator that is experienced in supporting the accounts department in Tamworth. This is a full time office based role and you will be supporting the accounts team.
Duties of a Accounts Administrator
In this role you will be working in the Accounts team to support the administrative. Reporting to the manager of the Accounts team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting the management of the general ledger and assist with account reconciliations.
Assisting with recording financial transactions in the accounting system, Xero, and job management software, SIMPRO.
Handle and process supplier invoices.
Address finance-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Help process payroll, employee expense claims and time sheets.
Skills and experience of a Accounts Administrator:
As a Accounts Administrator, you need have experience with;
Working in a Accounts Assistant or Administrative role.
Basic understanding of Outlook and Microsoft
It would be beneficial to the Accounts Administrator role if you also had;
Basic knowledge of Xero
Strong attention to detail
Organised and able to work to deadlines
