**The opportunity**:
The Operations Coordinator is an essential central support function for our growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone super organised, detailed focussed and proactive who is able to juggle multiple priorities.

You will be based in our Peckham office and required to regularly visit our South and West London stores. The Nunhead Gardener’s head office and warehouse is based in a converted Victorian warehouse, just 5 minutes walk from Old Kent Road. Unsurprisingly, it’s bursting with plants.

**Responsibilities**:
You will support the Operations Manager, Directors and Store Management teams in the daily operations, one off and ongoing projects and the continued growth of The Nunhead Gardener.

Some regular duties involve;
- Development of training materials and tracking staff member training.
- Coordinating Health & Safety Training via our online training platform.
- Tracking and coordinating annual inspections and following up on action items.
- Overseeing online customer support queries.
- Keeping systems and information up to date and accurate.
- Ensuring the stores are stocked with essential sundry items and staff uniforms.
- Manage and maintaining our central office.
- Working in stores during busy periods or to cover holiday and absence.

**Requirements**:
The Operations Coordinator is a Nunhead Gardener ambassador with excellent business administration and communication skills, displaying a relentless drive to move the business forward.

Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, they will be organised and highly proactive. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure.

They should be highly computer literate. The coordinator must be process-oriented with a keen eye for detail.

A flexible attitude and time management skills are essential - there may be occasions where working out of office or store hours will be required.

- Strong prior experience in an admin role
- A strong finisher/completer drive

- You will be obsessively organised, tidy and have an eye for detail

- You’ll get excited about implementing new things
- Ideally you will have a love of plants and all things related to gardening

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
